3.0.0 => 3.0.1 migrating

Hoh to update phpbb3 to the newest version with saving all my SEO mods made from this forum.
no dupe, zero dupe, seo topics, key words etc ??

Is there any solution, or i have to make it once again

A tiny bit of patience, version 3.0.1 was only announced yesterday. The premod version will be out shortly. FWIW, I would not be in a rush... there are enough reports of migration problems on phpBB.com to warrant caution. Unless of course you enjoy finding problems to report for the benefit of others (a noble cause, no doubt ).

Otherwise, you can do the update separately, but you'll need to do small trick to be able to use the regular phpBB updater. You'll need to use the original functions.php during the update and then, put the modded one up.

So can You tell me, (step by step would be the best) How to migrate to 3.0.1 from 3.0.0 with added all SEO mods (i have 3.0.0 with all mods)

Do you have lots of mods? If so, which ones and which are your own? It may be easiest to migrate your 3.0.0 database to phpBB 3.0.1 using the updater and then simply start with the premod 3.0.1.

Doing it for you would be even better, but what would you learn? There's lots of documentation on phpBB migration between versions. Once you're on phpBB 3.0.1, migrating to phpBB-seo 3.0.1 is trivial. Unless of course you've got lots of mods that generate URLs.

all mods i mean - alee seo mods frm this forum:) no dupe, zero dupe, titles, keywords.....
I want to save them and migrate to 3.0.1

I hane no other mods - only seo mods:)

If you only installed SEO mods, it's trivial, do as HB says, migrate you DB to phpBB 3.0.1, without tacking car of the seo mods (eg going back to phpBB3 original files) and once done, install the premod over it, as explained here.

This way, you will not have to edit a single line of code.

Since you are already using the phpBB3 SEO Mod rewrite, do no delete your phpbb_seo/ dir, you need to keep your settings.
If you did not mod the phpbb_seo_class.php file, then overwrite it, otherwise, merge it, and keep the files in phpbb_seo/cache/ to keep you settings and configured forum urls.
When the new premod is installed, proceed as explained for updates, go acp and configure new settings before you generate a new .htaccess and voilà

Not necessarily, at least for the SEO mods, since no changes where made (phpBB update did introduce some changes though).

Just make sure you have all the changes listed here
