Header image problem!

Ellow new on forum !! And i have problem:)
I made forum on forumotion-forum host and i use phpBB3 script i try to change trought pannet -Style-image list here i change header image to my image, and it's shown in admin panel(image that i want) but wont show on my forum any1 can help abouth this?

if you thinking about my internet options and i cleared offline content but here is more infos :

Header beckground image is set now in admin panel to :http://illiweb.com/fa/empty.gif so "no image" but image is shown when i open forum i tought maby format of image is needed to be png but it wont show empty too!

Try clearing phpBB's cache (theme and template through acp).

So far, there is a background image configured : http://img225.imageshack.us/img225/6231/bgheadernc5.jpg but no logo image (clickable) so it could already be that your empty.gif image is used for the logo image. The background one should be set in the css.

Thanks dude i made changes in css under collor option and it works now !
