Changing keywords in homepage title tag

I have installed the URL re-writing and the optimal titles mod and all of my forums and topics are showing the titles that I want, however, the forums homepage is showing "Index page" in the Title and I don't know where to change that. I am sure it is an easy fix, does anyone know?

thanks! It says that the reason it does that is so portals can adapt it... I am not familiar with portals - can you provide any more info as to why I would want to leave it?

You don't need to care about portals if you do not use any.
Just know that you can easily personalize the forum index page title, how is explained in the link I posted
