Topic Title Mod

I'm using phpbb3.0.4 and adv_phpbb3_mod_rewriteV0-4-8 . I request that Topic Title Mod as below:

To make automatic
1) TOPIC NAME >>return to>> Topic Name or Topic name
2) // Topic Name ## éé "(()) >>return to>> Topic name (In this I mean only Letter can be inputted on title, and forbid the characters like {{ // [[ )) (( }} ## ^^ "" etc...

Is there mod like this? In Vbulletin there is similar mod I think.
