Codification debug error

Hi, before I had a hosting and now I have a virtual server with Apache and Plesk.

Now when I debug errors are display I cant see this because an error of codification :S

Can you help me?

I read the code in function.php and I think I need install zlib but i dont know in CentOS with Apache :S

Is the issue dealing with gunzip ?
If so, is gunzip activated and have you tried to deactivate it ?

I have gzip activate in website general configuration but I desactive it the debug work fine. I have only the problems gzip when there are errors in debug, website pages are only for admins (stadistics).

Then I guess you either can deactivate gunzip or run an error free script. This kind of matter may not be this obvious to fix on a vps.

I can install zlib, it is the fix by function.php (i read it in the code comments), but I dont know how I can install zlib. I have access to my VPS, I can edit all archives in CentOS, Apache....

I have activate output_buffering in php, now I haven got the problem
