another thing the db is 3.0.4 but files are 3.0.2 becuase the 3.0.4 files doesn't work on it

The blacklisted message is nothing, just turn of the blacklist check in acp until you fix it, it's really a lot better than running a 3.0.4 db with a 3.0.2 script. I'm even wondering how this is possible.
Because it may just be working if your ip is indeed blacklisted.
