Trouble with SE Indexing Forum Title instead of Topic Title

When I go on google and type site:www.messageboard.businesswithgreg.com all the indexed url's show the forum title rather than the post title.

How can I have it show the post title rather than the forum title when indexed?

I only have GYM Sitemaps and Advanced URL Mod Rewrite installed.

It's mainly because you forum name is outrageously long and repeated on all pages. You should consider installing our Optimal title mod and to use a shorter site name.
It is used on phpBB SEO, as you can see, the topic title is coming before the forum one to make sure that the more specific will be used before the rest.
