What to choose if you go from a vanilla no modded 3.0.5 to 3.0.6 with SEO?

Well, you can take the update occasion to go for the premod if you like. The simplest would most likely be to take the 3.0.6 premod and add your personal changes in it, and then to use the included install/database_update.php to update your db. Of course, this is the kind of thing that should be first done on a local server.

Im sry but Im not able to install it ;S

I have phpBB 3.0.5 and automod - that's it.

I did download: http://downloads.phpbb-seo.com/seo-url- ... od-48.html

Unzipped all the files to my localdir - exept the config.php I keept that one.

I have a board with 40.000 posts and 7000 users.

I did go to /install/

Where I get 3 tabs:

Phpbb3 seo premod - Overview - Convert.

If I choose:
phpBB3 SEO PREMOD

I get this text:

There is no options to install phpBB3 SEO - howto install the databases?

I did try to run install/database_update.php but that one only seems to update the database related to phpBB and not the SEO features.

I hope you can help . Im a little lost ...

You're very close to it it seems. You just need to run phpbb_seo/phpbb_seo_install.php and gym_sitemaps/gym_install.php to add the acp modules

Ahh sry its because when I go to: /gym_sitemaps/gym_install.php and login

It jumps/redirect me to: /phpbb_seo/gym_install.php?sid=e257b506dcbdf91e00b3f588ae3da241

and then I get the error above,,,

Btw seems like there is a missing index.html in the phpbb_seo folder...

Seems to be fixed when I reuse the session ID in the first link!! But somethings wrong with the redirect here on my box...

Oh, sorry about that, a small bug with the hard link.

In gym_sitemaps/gym_install.php replace :

with :

$redirect = append_sid(generate_board_url() . "/gym_sitemaps/gym_install.$phpEx");

Or login as admin and founder before you hit the script.
