I'm currently working on releasing this one: [BETA] ModernDignity Flash Animated Cumulus Tag Cloud

It is not geared towards SEO but it is pretty cool anyhow.

The latest version has a fully functioning ACP panel for configuring all aspects of the Animated Tag Cloud for phpBB

I've submitted it to the ModDb, just awaiting validation.
