Problem with Topic Reply

Hi everyone,

I have recovered my backup of my database sql trough phpmyadmin and the files of the forum on the server but I have a problem:
When I try to reply to a topic, the 90% of times appears a white screen and the reply doesn't come, other times it comes normally but slowly respect before the recovery.

When I revored the database I have deleted the database(was a mistake) and created another in latin_swedish_ci, I don't know if could be that, the tables are in utf8_bin.

Other thing occurred, when I tried to go to the link of my forum the first time after the recovery of database and files there was an sql error ".cache." so I have deleted all the files in the folder cache and then it worked, but with the problem on the topic reply and there was also a white page when I tried to abilitate my forum but I solved this trough the database.
