How to turn off memberlist ??

Hello.

I need help forturning off Memberlist display to registered user, only Moderators and Administrator can access memberlist.php page.
i tried

but no joy and messed up whole code.

Please let me know what exactly need to be edit and achieve this.

It's just an authorisation setup, just set the registered user group not to have the right to view it, and only allow the group you want in acp.
