ACP Blank page Reply

Hello Guys,

I did an upgrade on my site. He used the PHPBB-seo 3.02 and is now running the latest version PHPBB-SEO 3:07 PL1. I made this change because the ACP have some bugs, but the errors continues.

I've tried many things and so far nothing. The error are:

1 - To insert or remove a member as a moderator, the reply is a blank page, but the moderator is included or excluded ok.
2 - To reset the cache, the reply is a blank page but the cache dont purge
3 - In index page and in all foruns the moderator name's is flashing. Appear and vanish.
