How to display Meta Title in the Meta Description?

Hi i have the new phpbb seo installed.

How can i display the Topic Title or better the first part of the Title in the Meta description? (Before the original Description)

Have someone an idea, the software is new for me.

Ok, in the template overall_header i cant found the Meta description ?

Is it this part in the functions.php i have to change?
