I can not Registration in my phpbb

I download my phpbb3.0.8 latest version from -http://www.phpbb.com/downloads/
and i get the phpbb seo premod form -http://downloads.phpbb-seo.com/seo-url-premod-12/phpbb-seo-premod-48.html
and i installed the phpbb seo, then, i can register and login to post some topic. my style is prosilver and i have never change it.
but after a few days(one or two), i can not register in IE, chrome, and admin can not login, but in firefox i can register and admin login.
the message when i register is:"The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.
The confirmation code you entered was incorrect." ,
so i turn off the Spambot and register, it said:"The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again." the admin login message is: "Access to the Administration Control Panel is not allowed as you do not have administrative permissions."
I have changed the computer to try, but the same, so what is the problem? How can i fix it. my site is : "http://www.3ds-chat.com/" , and you can try.

I fixed it, because i installed the "Cookie domain:" like "3ds-chat.com", but i changed it to "www.3ds-chat.com" , when i change it back, it be OK, but the admin login problem still.
But the strange is, after a half day, I need change the cookie domain to "www.3ds-chat.com" that can login, the "3ds-chat.com" that can not to login.

with the dot (".") that is, for the cookie domain.
