No Save button in Custom Profile Fields

Can someone please let me know how to save additional Custom Profile Fields (ACP>Users and Groups>Custom Profile Fields )

I select "Create New Field" but niether the screen with all the options and nor screen that follows ("Profile Type Specific Options") has a save button that allows the custom profile field to be created/saved. I assume (but I've not got that far yet) that the same problem may occur if a Cusom Profile Field needs editing.
