Site name in page titles

Hi,
I have the latest seo mod installed,
My problem is i want to have the site title in every pages so setup the settings

Extended config
Append site name to page titles
Then checked yes.

It solved the problem,title shows in every pages but only if i'm loged in, it doesn't work if you are not loged in.

I'm new to this, any help would be great.
