Well you need to mod them all.

The additional themes are usually based on either prosilver or subsilver2, if you cannot find forum_fn.js in the template/ dir, it means you need to try subsilver2 code change, and the prosilver one if you have the file.

Code changes should match pretty well, just report about it here if you have difficulties for a particular replacement or addition in a file.

I think for newbie, it's better to print out the installation instruction and check it one by one by ticking it to avoid that miss out anything.
