after I installed the advance Version of phpBB Seo, I follow the steps to install.

Now, I activated it on my ACP and go to the index of the pages.
I become this site

and then I go to the UCP and become this Error on this Link
Not Found

The requested URL /anime-manga-discussion-f43/ucp.php was not found on this server.

how can I resolve this problem??

You need to implement the code required code change in all your themes, just pick the one that matches the best among prosilver and subsilver2 code change in case you are using a different style.

And to not forget to refresh your template in the style acp once done.
