Looks like there is something wrong with the url rewrite, can anyone help out?

Looks like you uploaded the root/ dir from the package instead of it's content only.

You're supposed to upload all file in the package's root/ dir where you want phpBB installed (seems to be homes-forum/ in your case).

Your url leads to a domain parking, so I cannot tell you more right now.
