have a look at www.board3portal.de and on the top of the site you can see link to portal and board index etc. that style is unique to them but i would like to add link like that on my site www.chs.org.in in prosilver style only.

In prosilver/template/overall_header.html you should have something like :

You can hard code the link to your portal right before it ;)
