I recently installed phpbb here http://forums.touchreviews.net using phpBB3 SEO Premod V 3.0.7 PL1. The installation went fine and I was able to configure the settings and update .htaccess too.

Now the issue is that when I log in as the admin and visit the ACP to create forums & categories it does not appear on the board. In the ACP I can name the category or create a forum and even set permissions but once I save everything and then visit the board I can't see any forum or category which I created in the ACP.

I also checked for the user "Anonymous" in the Guests group and it still exists.

I created 4 forums and only 2 of them showed up in the board index. I went through all of the permission settings again, with no luck. Then I deleted the 4 forums to start from scratch. But now I can't add even 1 forum. There are no error messages, but the board just says "This board has no forums".

From the administrative control panel's view of things there is indeed a forum/category.

Would appreciate if anyone would help out.
