Need help, please. How do I remove topic id?
Example: Instead of http://www.oracle-forums.com/installing ... -hat-linux-t652.html, I wanted to remove the -t652 part.
Can someone please help. thanks!

That's not possible AFAIK, topics with the exact same name (and URL) would be the problem.

Could you explain that in detail please? Do you mean removing the topic ID from specific threads or from all of them (and what happens when two or more have the exact same title / URL)?
