Not Found phpBB SEO Ultimate SEO URL V 0.6.8

Hi I have installed the SEO ultimate MOD and get after the activate and call of the Forum:

Code: Select all: Not found The requested URL / forum.html was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 not found error what encountered while trying to use of ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I know there is already a new version, but I have incorporated these now and they want to before the updates to the running get.

Sorry for double repos, but someone can times please view the .hatcasse file, I suspect that the error in this path is stating:

The public_html folder is the root folder.
