What first? Zero Duplicate or Advanced Mod Rewrite

Postby rax » Thu Jan 29, 2009 4:07 am

Hi there

If this question is answered elsewhere, I apologize; I haven't been able to find it. I am new to SEO, and have just installed phpBB3 3.0.4 in a subfolder, with a template that fitted my site perfectly.

I now want to instal zero duplicate and advanced mod rewrite to optimize seo. I first installed advanced mod rewrite, then tried to set it up, but found out in the ACP, that it references zero duplicate several places. I then thought I will need both. Now when I try to install zero duplicate, many of the lines I am supposed to find and replace I cant find, or the search matches several lines.

Am I supposed to install the zero duplicate before the advanced mod rewrite?

Thanks alot!

The zero duplicate is an add on to our rewriting mods, so they must be installed before it.

Now since it's a new forum, you may want to have a look at our SEO premod which includes all our SEO mods pre-installed and comes with auto update packages.

This thread should as well help you with extra themes ;)
