all empty.... not a sausage. Do I have to apply a seperate mod to have some content in them?

2 possible explanations :

1. You do not use the SEO premod and you did not install the dynamic meta tag mod
2. You did not update your overall_header.html as explained in the dynamic meta tag's install (or here with the premod)
