Custom BBCode Not Stripped By Extended config

We created a custom bbcode for youtube video and write it in Bbcodes Filter for Extended config and It is filtering it for Meta Description but not for Meta Keyword. Content between youtube bbcode is coming in Meta Keyword. What am i missing here?

I just find out its not ignoring default text in bbcode even e.g. I put an image between [ img ] [/ img] code and found word "img" as keyword in my meta keyword.
