Yes, this is very easy, use Twitterfeed.com, it will not only let you pump your RSS into Twitter, but it also goes into Facebook and several other networks.

Unfortunately, the RSS feed generated by the SEO mods here don't update on posts, only on new posts. I am requesting how to update Gym rss code in this thread: Re: Why are my feeds so hopelessly outdated?

IMHO, the easiest is to use a service like twitterfeed.com
