You could search and parse the post_text column from the phpbb3_posts table looking for "<!-- m -->" (without quotes). I believe links are stored surrounded by "<!-- m -->" markers.

I did understand you, but I did not provide you a coded solution. I gave you a hint on how you might write one yourself. Links in posts are "marked" in the database as I described earlier, so you could write a SQL statement to find them in the posts table and generate your file of links. It would be on the order of 10-20 lines of code (and sorry, I'm not volunteering to write them for you ).
