Look in acp, there is the no and the zero duplicate, the no duplicate is the one to transform links in the output, the zero duplicate is not changing links in the page, it's only redirecting

Well, I do not see post urls on your forum indexes and within topic pages.
It looks like though, you did not activate the zero duplicate. Do it, and set post redirection to at least guest if you want bots to be redirected when browsing post urls they could try.
