Im totally confused. The install text in the files is too unclear and doesnt mention what to do with the Contrib folder.

What do I do with it? Do I upload it ? If so, then what?

I installed using the Root folder files, and the forum installed successfully.

I am now trying to configure the Mixed SEO Mod, but having no luck. I set the changes, and copied the .htaccess file to root, but still no go..

Please advise.

Ok NVM...sorry. I just figured out I didnt enable the Activate URL rewriting: option to Yes.

I did that, and now it works.

But also, what exactly is the Contrib folder for? Is there something we are suppose to do with that, except look at it lol?

Contrib folder contains premodified files.

If you have not edited or modified the phpbb files, then you can just replace the original files with the 'Contrib' folder files without manually opening it and adding the codes as mentioned in the installation guide.

And all these information is already provided in the installation guide. Please read thru them carefully and completely.

All that you need is a little patience!
