what should be the permission of phpbbseo/cache folder , i mean in my premoddded seo forum , it is 755 ..........

755 is enough in most cases, 777 can be required in some cases though. So if you can set options with 755 in the phpBB SEO acp tab, then it's ok, if not, try 777.
