My phpbb seo tab somehow vanished from the admin control panel and I'm not sure why. My forum still works fine and everything but I just can't make changes to the settings. The folder is still in my system as well but I can't access it manually either. Does anyone know how I could go about getting this tab back? Thanks.

It's most likely because you installed / uninstalled GYM, or the mod rewrite itself, anyway, here is how you should be able to retrieve it :
Go to ACP => System => acp module management

Then delete all occurrences of the phpBB SEO acp module, you'll have to start from the lowest sub module first and so on up to the phpBB SEO module itself.

Once done, run the phpbb_seo_install.php file (to be found in the contrib/ dir of the premod's package) and then, eventually, the GYM installer if you want to use it.
You won't loose any URL rewriting settings while doing so, but you will loose the GYM ones in case you use it.
