After the latest update 3.0.9 I am receiving this error when trying to Lock a topic :

With the help of a good friend I've managed to fix this problem by adding the following in includes/functions.php:

$url=str_replace('?amp;','?',$url);

Code:

// Make sure no linebreaks are there... to prevent http response splitting for PHP < 4.4.2
$url=str_replace('?amp;','?',$url);

I am not sure if this is a phpseo bug or phpbb bug

I an admin can take a small look I can open a bug report for phpbb.

Thanks, this fixed my issue as well. I haven't even updated anything recently and it started happening. Or maybe i just never noticed, hehe.
