Hello, I have phpBB multiforum, witch rewrites any (example) forum.php?forumname=test to -http://test.yourdomain.tld... And phpBB SEO is not function in this multiforum.. Can you help me please?

This mainly depends on the script used to perform multi forums, I cannot really advise you before I know more about it.

But this is the original script, witch rewrites forums to subdir, not to subdomain.

After a brief look-up at your archive, it looks like this is not really phpBB any more, would be some work to URL rewrite.

1. Upload all of the phpBB files except the following files/folders:

1. contrib (folder)
2. docs (folder)
3. install (folder)
4. config.php (file)
5. /admin/admin_db_utilities.php (file)

2. Upload all of the NBSdesignz Multi-Forums phpBB files.

3. Create a new database for the script.

4. Rename nbs/nbs_config.php.new to nbs_config.php, and open it up and edit all of the variables in it.
They are commented really well and should be easy to figure out.

5. Go to http://yourdomain.com/scriptdirectory/n ... nstall.php to run the installer.

6. Delete the install folder (/nbs/install) when the installer has finished.

So you need to copy this into the phpBB root folder

Oh I see now, so have you tried installing the phpBB SEO mods ?

Could you tell me what failed, would make it faster to find out where to search for a possible trick to add.

As well, what about the official release web site ?

I tryed to install advanced seo mod, I placed htaccess to the root folder, but when I clicked to some link, the result was 404

This means the links are rewritten it seems, and the .htaccess is not set properly.

So here, I first need to find out more about the sub domain set up.

I assume all sub domains are in the end linked to the same folder, and the same phpBB files (index.php, viewtopic.php and viewforum.php).

First thing to do is check if mod_rewrite is available.

And I'd really appreciate a link to the official location where this script is released.
