Switching topic title with web site name

I am using the simple mod rewrite and it has been working great for over a year or so. I have over 1200+ pages indexed. I have also picked up a few tricks here and there from here and it has greatly improved my front page ranking. I just have a quick question that I noticed today and I think it would help me even further and wanted to see what you think and how to do this.

After going through Google site:http://www.mydomain.com I noticed that My web site tittle was showing first.

I.E.

My Web Site Name - Forum Topic Tittle

I think it would greatly improve my search if it was switched like this:

Forum Topic Tittle - My Web Site Name

So how would I go about doing this and would it help the relevances of the search?

Thanks for the reply. I actually already had that installed. I was just looking for a way to have the topic title show up before the site name. After looking through the code I was able to accomplish what I was wanting to do. So now instead of it being like this:

sitename :: topic title

It's like this

topic title :: sitename


So do you think it will help more having the topic title first?

It can't hurt, though I prefer the site name first for branding purposes, plus it guards against really bad titles appearing prominently (e.g., "Help, I have a question about something - MyGreatSite.com"). And besides, unless your domain name is unusually long and has no keywords, one could argue the domain name helps the title (phpbb-seo being a prime example of this).
