How to add Meta TAG & keyword in phpBB2 Forums Index page?

My site has 2 Pages, one is Index.html the Main Page, which Have Link to Forums. www.mysite.com/phpbb2/index.php

I know how add Meta TAG's n all in index.html
but how to add Meta Tag, keywords & description in Forums Index.php page ?
