The rewriterules should be implemented in the .htaccess at the same level where rss.php, sitemap.php and urllist.php are, with the proper path and slashes as explained in the install.

instantly posted new topic?

Postby sovanndy » Thu Jul 03, 2008 8:21 am

When someone instantly posted new topic, does Search Engine recognized that topic immediately?

Does GYM add it to sitemap.php immediately?

Do we have to ping to Search Engine immediately?

Every new thread will be added in the sitemap as soon as cache will be updated (configurable in ACP), only GYM 2.0 for phpBB3 will additonally ping Google when sitemaps are refreshed.
