second i have
mx_ggsitemaps_v1.0.1
&
mx_Sitemaps_V_0.0.1
does i can install this mod or add somethings only
and if i install it what about my old sitemaps with
mx_ggsitemaps_v1.0.1 in google

mx_Sitemaps_V_0.0.1 was updated 
About GYM sitemaps, the sitemaIndex URL is the same, so you can leave things as they are, but you'd better unsubscribe it and resubmit it just to make sure Google acknowledged the update.
And yes you can use it together with mx sitemaps

GYM sitemaps and mx sitemaps are two different things, needing to be discussed separately, especially for support.
