forum-sitemap links to page that says "does not exist&q

Postby Elephantspike » Wed Mar 28, 2007 5:31 am

Hi.

I just installed your advanced mod_rewrite (an upgrade from the old able2know one) and the zero dupe mod. I have the GYM sitemaps up and running now too. One small problem, though; on the sitemap.xml page, the top link, the forum-sitemap.xml one, that links to a page that has my forum header and a message that says "The forum you selected does not exist".

Any idea what may be happening here?

And Welcome :D

A link would help out to find out, but it just look like you did not implemented properly, if not at all, the GYM sitemaps rewriterules provided in the install file.

You need them up and running to have this url work, and notice the GYM rewriterules should in your case be installed before the able2know one in your .htaccess.

Post your .htaccess here in case you have further trouble ;)

Yes. That worked. I had the GYM rules after the able2know ones. I just moved them to before them, and now it works fine.

Thanks. Great MODs! :D

Anyway thanks. I solved it by re-ordering the phpbb rules and the GYM Sitemaps & RSS rules.
The GYM Sitemaps & RSS needs to come first.
If anyone have this problem just play with the order of the code in your htaccess file.
Thanks!
