on this forum there isnt RM aplied but on my RM rewrite this and add ? with parametrs. and this i cant disable by robots.txt

Rewriting the next and previous links is problematic, because we would need extra SQL queries to find out both next and previous topic title and id.

And it's not really what we want to do on topics.

On this post, I suggested to only show those to registered users.
The zero dupe is HTTP 301 redirecting those, preventing duplicates content on them, in case they'd be used somewhere.
