Anyway, I don't think the forum you mention does use the mod you linked.
The mod in phpBB.com outputs board tracker tags, the ones from the example forum uses local phpbb search feature.
Adding the tags in the meta keywords should no be hard, but it require the mod that does it. If you find it, please start a new topic
