I´ve install new mx-sitemaps modul with a fresh installed mx 2.8 but I don´t get sitemap to work at standalone in portal root.

It will give me a error "Template to handle not found".

If I ad sitemap modul on a mx page it works.

Well, I don't have the issue.

Have you checked the standalone mod in ACP ?

Is the sitemaps.php file the new one ?

Well this is normal. The module needs t(he standalone mod to be set to on to work standalone.

My problem here is I just cannot reproduce the error you have.

The module is working fully on my mxBB2.8 test installations.

So I guess we need to investigate a bit more.

So let's first see if what I pmed you is enough
