Help downloading optimal titles mod - no where to download?

Help downloading optimal titles mod - no where to download?

I am trying to download the optimal titles mod but when I get to the d/l page there is nothing to D/L ....

I see the green arrow that says download, but it isn't clickable for me? Is this a browser issue, or maybe a Mac issue? ANy other ideas?

Yeah, it's not real obvious... you need to scroll past the HUGE banner ad and click the "Download" button.
