Hi i added the key tittle and descrition in the included/function.php were it say to hard core edit

You edits are wrong, you cannot use the $config array this way, and beside, since you want to hard code, you do not need to use it at all, just a pure string :

$this->meat['meta_title_def'] = "my default meta title used when no other are specified";

and so on.
