After reading some threads on this forum I got a little bit concerned. I have the advanced mod_rewrite mod installed for a few months now, and it works great. My question is, before installing the Zero duplicate mod do I have to do anything to my current robots.txt ?

This only apply if your forum is already indexed using different URLs than the one you just started to use.

My forum is indexed using the advanced mod_rewrite, so that won't apply to me, right?

Since the url used now are already the one indexed, you do not need to do anything, you can safely keep your robots.txt and install/ activate the zero dupe.
