Now this is the tough question!

SEO is optimization, meaning optimization of your site's content impact in search engine. This means that content still comes first, no content, no optimization.

So there is nothing like do this and get that in the SEO field, everything is to be understood as relative. To evaluate the difficulty to get well ranked on a particular keyword, the first thing to do is to study the top ten sites on this keyword in search engines (main ones, google, yahoo, live).

This ( pages indexed, backlinks and pagerank of your challengers), and the the total amount of results on that keyword will give you a good idea of the difficulty.

Obvioulsy, it will be (a lot) harder to end up well placed with heavily used keywords, such as "internet" than with a unique keyword such as "picabouille".
And this was a quite old test, and was followed by binarygangster as an example to illustrate the powerfulness of keywords in page title, look at this page :

As you can see, www.binarygangster.com/general/picaboui ... t2766.html is first now, because it's using picabouille in the page title, the phpBB SEO page used to be first with picabouille only mentioned in the page body.
So now this illustrate my point even more precisely, since it's a proof that minor enhancements can make a site show up in better position than another better ranked one, especially when there is very few matching results.

The harder the competition will get, the more content and related content you'll need to go high

Do not confuse between page title and url. For phpBB3 page title optimization, please take a look at our optimal title mod.

About url rewriting, only the advanced and the mixed will inject the eventual latin characters available from the titles (forums, for mixed, and topics for advanced) in urls.

I strongly encourage you to set up a local / test server and to give a try to our SEO premod, you'll be able to test all our mods at once and better understand their features.

1. Search Engine Submissions - submit only once.
2. Build Links - back links helps you get index. If you want your sub-pages get index, then deep linking helps.
3. Create a sitemap - it helps your sub-pages get index.

Here it is.
First you should notice what type of site you have like games or news etc.
Go to alexa and search for top sites then click category. click your category.
Then go to each site and make a post with your site url to build a good back links. or in you account ucp post your site url.

I been doing that and so far i have a page rank of 2 in couple days with just 14 back links.

I think getting faster indexed and on page 1 both need quality backlinks with skillful keywords techniques.
You might firstly want to do some researches on your niche, in your local and generate some keywords for future usage and work hard to build backlinks for your sites.
