Well it depends. There are plenty of those out there doing more sales and marketing than a real good job, but of course, some SEO services are really Good.

The problem is, as Google states it, you should make sure those are not using any risky technique, if not any technique at all.

Because, if what you are paying for is only a software performing bots visits stats and keyword suggestion, then, you'll find all this for free not far from here. It can be convenient though to run a local software.

Then, looking a bit at the link you posted, it does not seem they do more than selling you a software. So it can help out to use those, I don't really know, but for sure you'll need to do some more work than just hitting "enter"
