Need help

I have a forum under phpBB3 premod.

When I type in Google the site name: HDSpot it shows

http://screensnapr.com/v/iKHe9w.png

Where exactly do I change that text?

I want it to show something different.

I don't want Google to show this:

I want some like:

Administration Control Panel -> Board settings -> Site name & Site description

That's not what I'm asking!

I'm asking about the meta tag I think, and I believe it's not working properly because I setted it up ramdon metatags or some like that. :s

If the search has no keywords (e.g., site:example.com), then Google shows the description metatag. Otherwise it shows whatever content in your page that matches the search keywords. Your page looks correct to me.
