Why cant i download anything

i have just registered to be able to download phpbb SEO mod, and it still doesnt allow me to download it. i dont know why.. its says your are restricted

No more overall traffic or file/category traffic left this month!

well thats not what the icon legend says on the download link ... but thanks for telling. why cant you just put this on github or host it externally for christ sake...
