Well it really depends on which one you're using but the principle is simple, I just use JS to count clicks with a code like this :

instead of :

<a href="/path_to_the_couting_script.php?param=blabli" target="_blank">

But the way to implement it will vary upon used script.

As you see, you'll need to parse extra params to the templates and edit it a bit, but the principle is very simple.

It is based on an mxBB module, but was tweaked a lot. I just ended up a mod rewrite add on for another link script, as I think it's a good thing to provide here.

But for now the script is only available in french, I'll translate and release it in the English forum soon
